Good News Update

Hi. Well, they say that "the only thing constant in life is change" and that "a change is as good as a holiday".

I am not sure if these sayings are true in light of the current changes in the world currently, but I certainly have some excellent news from Property Exchange Networx for you.

The past ten years

As many of you know for the past ten years, I have been building up a network of traders with some excellent trading assets and results. Our clients have seen some significant growth and done some great deals all over the world.

The next ten years

That said I have been looking at the next ten years for Property Exchange Networx and what the best way to move forward is. My main focus is on serving you better, growing the number of opportunities for you to trade locally, nationally and internationally and growing our network so everyone benefits.

Two years in the making 

I'm proud to inform you that after two years of getting to know Matt and Bernice at Mercer and Cooper, Property Exchange Networx has merged with them to provide you with a comprehensive network of integrated services that will better serve your needs and outcomes.

This merger allows us to create a larger team of experienced people dedicated to serving you and your trading needs more effectively and profitably in the fastest amount of time possible.

I will, of course, still be trading and looking after you for years to come (you can’t get rid of me yet).

For us, though, it will always be about you, our customer. I assure you that our pricing, product and support procedures will remain unchanged and that Bernice, Matt, their team and myself will be focusing on providing you with the best services and outcomes into the future.

Matt and Bernice of Mercer and Cooper, have long-established backgrounds and experience in property, financial services and trading in both private and public companies.

In the coming weeks you will get to know Matt and Bernice much better but for now, get to know a little about them here.

About Matt Mercer                          

Matt has 25 years in Financial Services, property investment, property development and trading both in Australia and in the U.S. 

He started in the early 1990s working in a significant trading and barter exchange and developed the creativity needed to make deals and trades happen on behalf of his clients.

Meet Bernice Cooper                             

Bernice has spent the past 20 years in property investment advice and development and has worked with some of the country’s most prominent developers. 

She has developed systems for operating and scaling businesses to operate on a national level.

This move for my business will allow more scale and more trading potential for all our clients and will ensure the growth and longevity of the trading platform and the personalised service.

The immediate future

The Property Exchange Networx business and brand will move to a company, but the trading name and services will remain the same.

We will take advantage of Matt and Bernice’s office space at Paradise Point and also their existing staff.

However as you all know, this business is done on the phone and in meetings predominantly, so very little will change regarding doing deals.

You will, however, start to hear from the new co-owners as time goes by, as they introduce themselves and as they bring additional trading opportunities to the website and our valued network.

Our client base and the trading assets are being moved to a central database so we can identify new and existing trade opportunities and put together trade deals more smoothly for you all.

Personally, I am looking forward to the growth that this change can bring and the ability for us to serve you better and grow the network so it is larger, both locally and nationally.

In the weeks and months to come, Bernice and Matt plan on getting to know you much better so they can serve you better. So don't be surprised if they give you a call.

This is an inspiring time for you and our business as Bernice and Matt will bring invaluable trading skills, attitudes, and administration services so we can provide you with better services and trades.
